A California attorney with more than a decade of legal experience, Amethyst brings a broad background in real estate law, civil litigation, contract matters, and complex dispute resolution. Her experience on both the transactional and litigation sides of legal practice gives her a practical perspective on identifying risk, structuring agreements, and navigating the legal considerations that arise throughout the life cycle of a real estate transaction.
