As a California native and a licensed real estate broker since 2006, I have built my career on a simple principle: your interests come first. About the Owner
Frederick Kuo is a Bay Area native, a UCLA graduate, and a published writer with a keen eye for the stories behind people and places. Outside of real estate, his curiosity takes him traveling in search of great food, memorable hikes, and the kind of offbeat stories worth telling.
Frederick began his real estate career in 2006, building deep expertise across residential and commercial sales and leasing. After establishing himself as a top producer at Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway, he founded Amber Rock Properties in 2016, bringing his experience full circle as an independent broker dedicated to serving his clients with the same rigor and care that defined his career from the start.
